Luilu Resource Project

The Luilu Resource Project officially started in July 2021 and was completed in May 2022. The copper system was successfully put into operation in May 2022, and the cobalt system was completed and put into operation in September 2022. The supporting sulfuric acid workshop was successfully put into operation in December 2023. The project is designed to produce 40,000 tons of standard cathode copper, 7,000 tons of crude cobalt hydroxide, and 100,000 tons of sulfuric acid annually. The Luilu Resources Project relies on its own tailings source and purchased oxidized ore as the main sources of raw materials. The four ore processing production lines can simultaneously process various types of complex ores, and it has significant advantages in covering a wide range of raw ore processing techniques and large processing capacity. It is a highly competitive cost-based integrated mining ，beneficiation and smelting project in the Lualaba Province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
