Excellen Minerals SARL Lvsha Project commenced construction on April 6, 2019, and began production in July 2020.

The Luilu Resource Project' s hydrometallurgical plant started construction in July 2021, with the copper system commissioned in May 2022, the cobalt system in September 2022, and the sulfuric acid facility in December 2023.
