KINGA-KILA MINING SASU (abbreviated as KIK) is a sole proprietorship company located in Kolwezi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is currently developing a joint project for the mining, beneficiation and smelting of an ultra-large copper-cobalt deposit.

Xi'an Jayson New Energy Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was established in the ancient capital Xi'an on August 11, 2023, with investment and holding by Shanghai Jayson New Energy Materials Group Co., Ltd.
