Guizhou Jinsheng Tiannai Project

Guizhou Jinsheng Tiannai was established on May 19, 2023, with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. It is a joint venture between Shanghai Jason New Energy Materials Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Tiannai Technology Co., Ltd.

The company operates in manufacturing basic chemical materials (excluding hazardous chemicals), technical services, R&D, consulting, exchanges, transfers, and promotion. It focuses on emerging energy technologies, sales and production of electronic materials, and import/export of goods and technology.

The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2026.
