Company Launches ESG Promotion and Inspection Efforts

Starting in February, the company began promoting and inspecting ESG-related policies and regulations across the group to enhance Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

The company values the safety and working environment of employees across its subsidiaries and supply chain, aiming to align business operations with environmental and ethical standards. To support this, a Social Responsibility Office was set up, staffed with full-time professionals, and social responsibility teams were established at each enterprise.

The group’s Social Responsibility Office has organized ESG training for managers at Sichuan Jinyuan Sheng, Ansheng Minerals, and LUILU Resources. These sessions focused on environmental protection, safe workplaces, labor standards, and ethical business practices, with the aim of improving ESG performance across the group.

To prevent safety risks, the company invited Dr. Xu Ruliang, a safety expert, to conduct safety system lectures and provide on-site guidance. Safety personnel from domestic and international enterprises attended these lectures.

The group also instructed enterprises to conduct self-inspections of their Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems and safety conditions, focusing on hazardous areas. The goal was to transition from reactive to proactive safety management and improve overall safety standards.
