Ansheng Minerals Holds “Outstanding Employee Recognition” Event

On the morning of May 1, International Labor Day, Ansheng Minerals, a subsidiary of the company in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), held an award ceremony where Assistant General Manager Zhuang Tian represented the company to present awards, certificates, plaques, gifts, and cash to 31 outstanding local employees.

After a month-long selection process, including department evaluations, announcements, and confirmation, 31 outstanding employees were selected from over 1,000 local employees. In addition to awarding certificates, plaques, and cash, the recognized employees were also provided with corn flour and palm oil. Furthermore, these employees were granted qualifications for promotions.

Assistant General Manager Zhuang Tian extended holiday greetings to all employees and congratulated the awardees. He emphasized that the company’s development is closely tied to the efforts and contributions of every employee.
