Jayson and International SOS Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On June 10, 2021, Jayson and International SOS Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai. The ceremony was attended by Jayson Chairman and CEO Liang Feng, Vice President Hu Aibin, International SOS Greater China Managing Director Gosset, Greater China Partnership Director Wu Xiaomin, and relevant department heads from both parties.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Jayson has continually invested in overseas emergency assistance, workplace safety, and accident medical insurance, building a comprehensive system. International SOS Group operates 27 24/7 assistance centers globally and provides high-quality multinational emergency medical transportation services. The group has 5,200 professional medical personnel, 3,200 safety experts, and 1,000 medical service sites worldwide. In May 2021, amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with strong support from the Chinese Embassy in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Shanghai Municipal Commerce Commission, and Shanghai Lingang Area Development Administration, the two parties successfully transported a critically ill patient from the DRC to Shanghai, where the patient received effective treatment and is now in the recovery phase.

Through this strategic agreement, Jayson and International SOS will establish a "Global Healthcare and Travel Safety Risk Management Strategic Partnership," creating a multi-level communication mechanism, sharing global medical and safety management solutions, and providing subsequent training services as part of their membership. This cooperation will further deepen the partnership and enhance the safety and well-being of Jayson’s overseas employees.
